Dear valued Doctors and Staff,

We appreciate our partnership with you and we will make every effort to stay connected and to express our ongoing dedication to serving you during this challenging time. As we follow rapidly changing information about the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation, we are actively taking steps to help keep our communities safe. We wanted to share with you some steps we are taking to protect our employees, you, and your employees and patients based on new directives.New Directives from Pennsylvania Gov. Wolf to keep the business open Only for Emergencies:

We have taken steps based on recent directives from the local authorities. We have initiated the plan to work on the emergency cases. Due to new directive and initiatives if your office requires the lab to process any emergency case, please call our business phone number 215-393-8330 will be directed to emergency protocol or email us with Subject: Emergency at info@globaldentech.com and we will contact you within an hour. Our lab will be only operating for emergencies and all regular operation will be closed from Saturday 21st March, 2020 until further notice. We will be working today to wrap up the essential work and prepare for the emergency plan. All the emergency cases will be processed at American Dental Designs at the local lab. If you have any cases in production which required to be delivered due to emergency please call our office or email to find out the status of the case and if it can be delivered or not. 

During the emergency plan, the lab will be working with selective, limited and dedicated resources to ensure the timely process of the emergency case keeping in mind safety of our employees, dentists, their staff and patients.

As per the guidelines from the ADA, crown deliveries fall under urgent dental care if temporary is broken, lost or causing gingival irritation. If your office is open and requires us to deliver the crown cases please call in advance so we can arrange to deliver or pick up any emergency cases. We will keep you informed case by case if there is any additional time required to process any emergency cases due to limited resources during this time.Our Commitment to Our Customers and Our Community:

In this challenging time, we would like to assist our customers and community as much as we can and reduce the pressure on the dentists, local hospitals, and authorities. We are continually monitoring and updating our policy, plan and procedure around the rapidly changing situation with COVID-19. For your quick review and information, attached are the ADA guidelines about emergency and non-emergency dental procedures, and the list of business closures with the exception of keeping the dentist and lab open for the emergency cases. Stay safe and healthy!

Sub: COVID-19 – iTero Event Update – From Global Dentech

At Global Dentech, we take health of our employee, doctors, their staff and patients very seriously.  Due to the wide spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and to prevent further spread, we are postponing all our events including iTero event which was scheduled on 19th March, 2020. We will contact for new dates when becomes available. All our other operation are as usual and we will be continuing to make on time delivery and completion of the cases.  Please inform us if your office will be closed or have different schedule.

At Global Dentech, the health, safety and well-being of our customers, employees, patients, doctors, and their staff is our top priority. We want to assure you that we have developed a comprehensive Business Plan to ensure that Global Dentech remains operational and can continue to service your needs. 

To ensure we remain operational, we are implementing robust proactive measures. These measures include all the measures we stated earlier in our letter to you all and most importantly provide product and services in time by following all the required measures. We have been fortunate that all our staff is healthy and working on the same schedule to provide the timely services and products. 

To ensure the committed timely services we request you to inform us about any changes to your practice schedules. We appreciate all the offices who have been keeping us informed.

All the products and services will be delivered on time.
